      Everything for the reorder of our bags was great. The update to new logo was handled well and the bags even arrived earlier than expected. My only question was on the shipping. We received each box individually shipped ground by UPS and I do not understand why this was the preferred shipping method rather than shipping all on one pallet. It would have been nice to have been offered alternative shipping that may have been less costly.
