Where do I send my artwork?

For your convenience, we provide 3 easy Options to submit your artwork:
 

**Prior to Submitting your Artwork file, please make sure you have your Order Confirmation Number available!**

1. Via Email - (For files smaller than 7MB in size):
 

Please send your artwork to [email protected] with Full Name and Order Number.

 
2. Upload to your account:

If using Option 2 with multiple files, please note: Files must be uploaded one at a time.

Step 1. Sign into My Account.

Step 2. Find the Orders section on the left hand menu.

Step 3. Click on Artwork Upload.

Step 4. Click on [Select] and choose the image you want to upload.

Step 5. Add a name or description for your upload then finish by clicking on Save Artwork Details.

 
3. DropBox - Online File Transfer (For files of ANY size):
 
Step 1. Click Here to be redirected to our APlasticBag.com Online File Transfer Tool
 
Step 2. Select the files you wish to upload.
 
Step 3. Be sure to reference your Full Name and Account Number in your Image File Name prior to Uploading.
 
Step 4. Hit Transfer. Wait for the upload to complete.
 
That’s all! You will receive an E-mail confirmation shortly stating that your files have been received.

What format should I send?

We will accept art only in PC-compatible formats, created or drawn in these programs. Please do not submit placed or embedded images. Convert all fonts to paths, curves, or outlines. It is preferred that you create Vector Art in Adobe Illustrator or EPS format.
 
Important Note: A scanned image (e.g, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, .psd, .pdf) or art created in a photo/paint/word program is not Vector art. In addition, placing, linking, embedding, or copying these images into a drawing program does not convert them into Vector art and will not meet our art requirements.We can convert them to Vector for you at a minimal clean up charge.
 
1. All graphics must be Vector art. All Multi-color artwork must be designed with PMS spot colors. No CMYK file unless it is a process print.
 
2. For multi-color printing, colors must be separated by at least 1/16" of white space between colors to allow for color movement of up to 1/16" in any direction. Not available on certain bags.
 
3. All type must be saved as outlines. Minimum Type Size: 6pt. Minimum Rule Line Weight: .75pt. Minimum Screen Dot: 7%
 
**Tip: If your file size is too large, try to compress your file in software (WinZip for PC), all fonts and images must be embedded in the files or copied to the disk, CD ROM, ZIP and mail to APlasticBag.com, 4023 Trail Creek Road, Riverside, CA 92505
 
For best results, we prefer VECTOR ART created in Adobe Illustrator. For process printing, or digital print raster type files are preferred (formats such as Photoshop, TIIF)
 
If the type of file you have doesn't meet our requirements, send what you have and we'll do our very best to make it work.

What if I don't have artwork?

We don't want to think that the lack of artwork would keep you from a successful promotion, so if you don't have it, don't worry. We can help you create the artwork you need to get the marketing supplies you want. Simply call 877-992-2247 to speak with a Promotions Specialist about pricing and lead time. Once you let us know what you're looking for, we'll create the logo and present it to you as an eProof for your approval.

How fast can you print?

Our print and ship time differs by product. Please refer to the product page for more details. Enter your zip code and desired shipping method for specific production and delivery times.

Please note that all orders require proof approval which takes approximately 1 business day after submitting Vector art format.

Can you guarantee on-time delivery?

Production Time:
Normal production is 5-25 business days after all approval, depending on the product.
 
Rush Production (Guaranteed On-Time Production):
Rush production is 1-7 business days after all approval. All orders required for sure-dated events must be discussed with Aplasticbag.com before a firm commitment is made, and must be indicated on the sales order. Air shipments may be required in order to meet sure-dated orders, at the expense of the customer or distributor. Non-sure-dated orders are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates. Orders requiring proof approval must respond within the time designated or the order may be delayed and incur additional charges.
 
NOTE: We cannot be responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather, system failures, or other causes outside of our control.
