
How do I track my order?
To track your order, you need to login
to
My Account first, and click on the Order Status link provided in the Services menu. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations, or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button.
To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed.
Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executives
by telephone at 877-992-2247 and they will give you further information.
Do you accept international orders?
Online ordering through Aplasticbag.com is available only
for residents of the United States, US Territories and Canada.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum dollar amount on regular stock orders. There are
minimums for custom products and some specially priced items.

Yes! If you would like to receive an invoice, you need to register and get a password. Go to "My Account" and click on "Order Status". Select All

How can I include a purchase order number on my order?
Proceed through the checkout process, to the Payment Information page. Located there is a box for including a PO number. If you finish an order and forget to include a PO, call Customer Service at
1-877-992-2247 to have a representative add that PO number to your order.
How do I get a Tax Exempt Form?

How do I create an account?
To create an Account, Click on the
Members Login. In the registration page fill in your details like user name, password, email id, address, etc. and

I forgot my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name or your default E-mail address under "I am a registered user but forgot my password" and click on submit.

What types of payment do you accept?
We
accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, checks, money orders, or cashier's checks. We
also currently accept purchase orders for Net 15 billing once you have a credit

When will my card be charged?
Stock orders (plain bags) are charged when they are shipped. Custom orders
are charged once you approve the proof on your order and the bags go into
production. If your order is for under 5000 bags, the full amount will be
charged. If your order is for 5000+ bags, your order will be charged in
full for the quantity of your order. Any overages, additional shipping,
etc, will be charged at the time of shipment.
How do I set up an Online credit account?
Your first 2 online orders
must be paid with a major credit card. If you wish to set up a credit account,
submit your completed
Credit Application form, and
an Accounting Representative will contact you within 3-7 business days. Once your credit limit has been set, come back to Aplasticbag.com and place your order using a company Purchase Order, or call the Aplasticbag Credit Department at 1-877-992-2247 for more details on Net 15 billing. Terms: Net
15 days from date of invoice. 1 1/2% interest per month (18% annual rate) will be charged on past due balances.

How much will freight cost?
Shipping charges on your order depend on where your order has to be shipped and the delivery method you select. To calculate shipping charges on your order,
view your cart and click on the "Calculate Shipping Charges" link. Enter your ship-to zip code and select your preferred carrier.
Delivery Method?
Your order is USUALLY shipped within 48-72 business hours, Monday through
Friday. How an order is shipped is determined on where your order has to be shipped and the delivery method you select. You may make any notes about required services in the Special Shipping Instructions box on the “Shipping” page during the checkout process.

How can I estimate the delivery time for my order?
All orders placed before 1pm are shipped within 48 business hours
(M-F), and most orders are delivered within 3-7 days just by using UPS ground service. Other services are available, and can be chosen when you proceed through the checkout process.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business
day. You can find estimated delivery times for packages by visiting the website
for the shipping carrier you choose.
How do I track my order?
To track your orders, click this "Order Tracking" link. Also displays the package tracking numbers for standard shipment carriers such as FedEx and UPS to enable our shoppers to directly check the status of their package online until it is delivered.
Can I have my order drop-shipped to my customer?
Yes, Aplasticbag will ship your order blind to any address which you specify.

Will you ship my order outside the US?
We are only able to ship orders within the US, Canada, and US Territories.
How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on "Account
Info." The details of your account are displayed. Click on the "Add New Shipping Address"
button to add a new shipping address.
Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.
What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select
another shipping address for this order.

How do i return a product?
If a product does not meet your expectations,
return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange it or
refund the full purchase price. We'll exchange a product, even if you make the
error, but you will be
responsible for all transportation charges.
Of course, if you custom print your order or request a
product that is made to your specific dimensions, these items can not
be returned for credit or exchange. We suggest you read the complete returns
policy before you make your purchase, as well as thoroughly check the proof and
your order on all Custom Orders.

When Will I Receive My Credit?
Credit will be issued within 3 business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to
5 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within
5 business days from the time we receive your return.
When Will I Get My Replacement Product?
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and a new tracking number once Aplasticbag.com receives, approves, and processes the returned item.
General Return Policies
1 We'll exchange/credit a product, even if you make the error, but you'll be responsible for all transportation charges.
2 All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
3 An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
4 The returned package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issued date.
5 When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
6 All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and users manuals.
7 Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
8 As part of our Buy with Confidence Guarantee, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
Of course, if you custom print your order or request a product that is made to your specific dimensions, these items cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
Who pays for returning a damaged or defective item?
If Aplasticbag or the manufacturer is at fault, we will send you a UPS ARS label to return the product free of charge. Simply place the label on the box and return it to a UPS driver or UPS counter. If you are from outside the United States, please use Parcel Post with a copy of receipt for proper reimbursement.
If the product is under warranty, call Aplasticbag Customer Service at
877-992-2247 for the return label and for help obtaining a new tool. Warranty information may be found in the "Product Information" link at the bottom of each Product Detail page - the page with the large photo and item-specific information. If you cannot find the information you need, a Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you.

How can I place an order without using my credit card?
The other ways of paying for an order without using Credit card are by Check or
Money Order. We must receive the Check/Money Order before
processing/printing your order unless you have Credit with us.
Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is, and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.
Can I change the expiry date of a credit card in my list?
No. You need to contact us by calling 877-992-2247 to update your Credit card expiry date and other details.
