confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and
attach your art file.
This insures that we can match your artwork
to the specific order you've placed.
If you prefer, you can
simply e-mail your artwork to your Customer Care Representative who will
be in contact with you promptly after we receive your order.
Regardless, there’s no need to worry, our Customer Care team will
review your order and contact you prior to production to work out all
the details!

For multi-color printing, we need separated, to size
artwork with colors indicated on a copy of the art layout. For proper
color registrations, Maximum 45 line screen on all spot colored bags.
Digital art must be vector art and can be black & white or spot color.
Colors must be separated by at least 1/2" of white space
between colors to allow for color movement of up to 1/2" in any
direction. Not available on certain bags.
Foil Imprinting: Colors must be separated by at least 1/4" of white
space between colors to allow for color movement that will occur. Art
with tighter registration must be pre-approved.
E-mail: same file specifications and compress your
file in software (winzip for PC). Forward to
art@aplasticbag.com and Specify your customer
service representative, Your customer ID, or Order# or P.O.# to
accelerate service.
Half Tones (Photos,
photographic images)

Screens or
half-tones must be printed out at 30 lpi (lpi = spacing and size
of dots) at a 45 degree angle, with tint percentages no lower than
20% or greater than 60%. |

NOTE: Vector images are drawn directly in a
drawing program and are made up of shapes based on mathematics, versus
pixels or bitmaps. These graphics contain clear, smooth lines that
retain their crispness and sharpness when manipulated. *A scanned image
or art created in a photo/paint program is not vector art. *Placing,
linking,
embedding, or copying these images into a draw program does not change
them into vector art. We request that you do not do this.Vectore (line)
artwork is the best choice for typesetting and logos and should be done
in Adobe Illustrator, While Bitmapped Graphics (i.e photographs) are
intended for adobe photoshop. The disk must contain any EPS or tiff
files and all printer and screen fonts used.. Please include all
typefaces used in your artwork.
